With the British Paratriathlon National Championships fast approaching this weekend (14th May 2011), Iain Dawson (current World Paratriathlon Champion) has just returned from an intensive ‘Boot Camp’ in the Peak District to ensure that he is fully prepared for the first big event of the race season. Lasting 12 days he kept a diary of his training to provide a fascinating report of what he got up to!
