entire drink 20-30 minutes before starting exercise.

During Exercise: Stay Energized

Mix one 50g serving of Orbana with every 600 ml of water and sip
every 15 minutes during exercise.

After Exercise: Re-Energize & Aid Recovery

Mix one 50g serving of Orbana with 250 ml of water and consume.

Extra Energy

For those requiring more energy / extra recovery we have conveniently added a
500ml marker on our water bottles so that you can easily double your dose and
mix two 50g/250ml servings at a time.
