So TT congratulations!! You’re back after 82 days 8hrs and 40 mins at sea, how is the body, mind and ‘castaway’ beard?

I am feeling surprisingly good physically, considering I have been rowing everyday for almost 3 months. I have used this last month or so back on land to recover and I’d say I’m feeling pretty much 100%. The test will be how I feel once I start training again. Read more
